Through TeamUp, we were able to connect the team closer to their own feedback and show them how they each must play a role in creating the team they want to be a part of. Unlike other feedback opportunities, the benefit of this program is that the teams actually get together to review the feedback as a group and it's not only on the leaders to act on, but the whole team as a unit. Having the ability to gather feedback from everyone on the team and then act on that feedback together empowers the team to action and eliminates the shield that can oftentimes come with submitting feedback individually.
