Team Coaching
Just like a high-performing sports team, teams at work often need a coach to help them reach the next level of performance.
Team coaching helps the whole team improve how they work together, resulting in better, more sustainable results. An expert team coach will work with you and your team over a 6-month time period. We’ll interview team members 1:1 to get an understanding for the team’s strengths and areas of opportunity, present back our findings to the team, and then work with the team to address the areas to improve.
We’ll sit in on team meetings, offer facilitated discussions and learning opportunities, and help the team build awareness and take action to improve how they work together.
