Assess team health

 

Teams enroll in our research-based team health assessment when they want to focus on improving team health. It’s available to all teams and on-demand. So, it’s great for cross-functional and project teams as well as functional and matrix teams.

We gather feedback from team members, as well as selected stakeholders, so teams receive a holistic view of their effectiveness.

The team health assessment is research-based and only takes 20-minutes for team members and 5-minutes for stakeholders.

All team members receive the same customized report, which clearly outlines areas of strength and opportunity. No need to spend time digging into the data to analyze it. We’ve done the work for you by pulling out the areas to focus on, as well as actionable recommendations. It’s easy for any team to interpret and take action on their own.

Clarify where to focus

 

After receiving their team health report, teams get together for to explore their current strengths and areas of opportunity as a team. Together, they clarify one area of focus and a few experiments to improve in that area.

The team leader or a member of the team hosts the 3-hour team debrief conversation using an on-demand video-guide. Hosting the team debrief takes <60-minutes to prepare, and empowers leaders and teams to own their team health.

Improve how they work together

 

After clarifying where to focus, teams participate in targeted on-demand video-guided team workshops to foster a positive team culture and improve team effectiveness.

Change happens through conversation, reflection, and action. We support teams in making changes by offering a library of on-demand team activities targeted to address their most critical team development needs. Teams choose an activity based on their lower-scoring areas in the Team Health Assessment. For example, teams that score low in “decision-making” on the Team Health Assessment participate in team-building workshops that improve decision-making skills and processes.
