Irene helps executives increase the impact they have in their organizations. Known for her direct, results oriented style, she is deeply committed to developing leaders who focus on continuous learning and developing others. Her 20-year multidisciplinary career has spanned high tech, operations, education, and sales. Irene most recently spent 10 plus years with Google's People Operations team, where she was a coaching guru for both business and technical leaders. She has a M.S. in Organizational Development and is a certified Co-Active Leadership Coach.
