Her 20-year multidisciplinary career has spanned high tech, operations, education, and sales. Irene most recently spent 10 plus years with Google's People Operations team, where she was a coaching guru for both business and technical leaders. She has a M.S. in Organizational Development and is a certified Co-Active Leadership Coach.
