Erin has dedicated her career to transforming workplace cultures, leaders, teams, and individuals. She has held progressively larger roles for well-known organizations in industries such as tech, entertainment, consumer products, retail, and manufacturing. She most recently served as the Head of Learning & Organizational Effectiveness at Snap Inc. (the makers of Snapchat), and is currently a Sr. Organization Development Consultant. Her areas of expertise include cultural transformation, leadership / manager development, team member development, employee engagement, diversity / equity / inclusion, and team effectiveness. 

 

Erin earned her undergraduate degree from Boston College and her Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) from Pepperdine University. She holds certifications in Behavior Analysis (DISC®), 360 Coaching (Center for Creative Leadership), Talent Management and Competencies (Korn Ferry), Human Capital and Effective Organizations (USC Marshall), and Facilitation (Mind Gym and DDI).

 

Erin is a passionate traveler and Italophile, and stays well-connected to Italy (her favorite second home) by cooking Italian dishes and speaking the language.
