Christine Parcells

| CONSULTING PRACTICE LEAD

For over a decade, Christine’s career and personal passions have centered around transformative learning and helping people change and grow . She caught the travel bug early in life which led to her first career as an education abroad advisor with undergraduate students, teaching and integrating intercultural competence into behavioral change. It was during this chapter that Christine developed an interest in facilitation and learning design.

After spending several years designing and directing in-person and online executive leadership programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business, Christine received her second Masters degree in Organization Development through Pepperdine University. Most recently, Christine has been researching and working in the tech world with manager and leadership development, as well as coaching. She's especially passionate about building people's capacity to learn in the flow of work and in uncertain, ambiguous and ever changing environments.

In her free time, Christine enjoys spending time with her husband, pup, and friends in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her relax and recharge favorites are hiking, kayaking, nature soaking at the beach, and cooking a delicious meal or trying a new wine. When inspiration sparks, Christine dabbles in poetry, painting or sketching.
