Getting started is simple: fill out the sign-up form below, and we’ll schedule a brief call to understand your goals for your engineering and product people managers and answer any of your questions. From there, we’ll lead the application and onboarding process on your behalf—so your managers are fully prepared to get the most out of the program.

Investment

Participation in Polaris is $695/month, with a 3-month minimum commitment to ensure continuity and momentum in both learning and community. After the initial 3 months, you may cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice.

For less than the cost of a traditional leadership course, Polaris delivers a full-stack development experience: monthly workshops, 1:1 coaching with a senior tech leader, and access to a trusted peer network — enabling ongoing development.
