With a career spanning engineering, education, and organizational development, she’s known for her ability to bridge deep personal insight with practical business needs. Shannon has partnered with a diverse range of clients from big multi-national tech firms, architecture and environmental engineering firms, child welfare organizations, and many west coast governments and agencies, including in the Yukon Territory, Canada.Specializing in culture building, team effectiveness, and leadership development, Shannon excels at guiding teams through complex change initiatives in ways that illuminate what’s happening beneath the surface — identifying patterns, tensions, and opportunities — so they can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Her unique abilities are shaped by her two master’s degrees and a previous career as a transportation planner. Shannon holds a M.S. in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, a M.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Washington.
