Sally Loftis

| CONSULTANT

Sally is the daughter of teachers, innovators, and visionaries who taught her from a young age to deeply listen to everyone in her circle of influence. From an early age, starting with activism in high school, she’s been committed to supporting people to feel seen, heard, and represented.

She holds a MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, where her thesis was on pay equity in nonprofits. She completed her BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources at Freed-Hardeman University and received a Nonprofit Management Certificate from Duke University.

She has worked for Fortune 50 companies, boutique small businesses, and nonprofits of all sizes.

Margaret Wheatley once said, “When we take a step or make a decision, we are tugging at webs of relationships that are seldom visible but always present.” Sally Loftis is tugging at the webs of relationship that hold our systems of injustice in place through consulting.

Sally is married with three kids and one dog and lives in Newland, NC. She also serves as a regional member of the Equality NC PAC and board member for Charlie’s Heart Foundation and NC Child. She really enjoys laughing, being outside, and laughing some more.
