Olu discovered in 2011 that his full name “Olutosin” is an anagram for "solution." This is a revelation that continues to guide his purpose, as a seeker and designer of solutions.
With over two decades of experience, Olu serves as a keynote speaker, executive coach, and organizational development expert across government, corporate, non-profit, and education sectors. His client portfolio includes Block Inc., McDonald's, Microsoft, and Duke University Health System, where he catalyzes transformation through thoughtful inquiry and powerful storytelling.
Beyond his consulting practice, Olu shares his expertise through adjunct faculty and coaching roles at George Washington University, American University, and Washington University's Olin School of Business. Previously, he managed Washington D.C.'s Executive Leadership Program, preparing agency leaders for cabinet positions reporting directly to the Mayor.
Holding a B.A. in English from Howard University and an M.S. in Organization Development from American University, Olu is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Human Development at Fielding Graduate University.
A natural communicator who leads through storytelling, Olu recently relocated from Washington, D.C. to Indianapolis with his wife and two children.
