Nikki Patterson

Nikki partners with leaders to unleash the potential of individuals and teams through coaching and team effectiveness work. Nikki spent over 11 years at Google, most recently as a leadership coach and organization development consultant for Google’s top leaders. She supported leaders and leadership teams in developing effective teams, planning for rapid growth and scale, implementing large scale change management, and enabling effective remote working.
Before moving into Organization Development and Coaching, Nikki spent 9 years in sales operations, strategy and enablement in Google’s advertising business. She started the first AdWords support center in Copenhagen, Denmark, deployed large scale web-based sales enablement trainings across 6,000 global sales people, and trained hundreds of advertising agencies on Google’s ad products.
Nikki has a Masters of Science in Organization Development from Bowling Green University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Management from Albion College.
When not partnering with clients on team transformations, she can be found hiking, sampling new ice cream shops, traveling with her husband and young kids, or playing in the lake in the summer in the midwest.
