Her career encompasses significant roles at leading organizations, including Google, where she contributed to award-winning leadership initiatives and was a member of the renowned Project Oxygen team.

Liz’s mission is to empower as many individuals as possible with exceptional managerial and leadership skills. She brings particular expertise to scale-ups and high-growth teams, having served as Interim Head of Learning and Development at both Dojo and Unbabel—two dynamic, fast-scaling tech companies. At Dojo, she built foundational programs to elevate frontline leadership in a hyper-growth environment. At Unbabel, she shaped a global learning strategy to align with the company’s rapid expansion. These experiences honed her ability to quickly diagnose organizational needs, build from scratch, and support transformation at scale.
