Kerb Lydick

| CONSULTANT

Kerb’s 20-year career in leadership development covers a wide range of industries from outdoor education to fintech to the arts. During that time, Kerb has focused their efforts on studying the concepts of leadership, power, belonging, and vocational purpose in high-impact, emergent groups, and communities.

Kerb’s craft as an organizational development practitioner was forged within startup culture’s rapid cycles of ideation, failure, success, and growth at companies like Simple Finance and Geocaching.

Kerb has a passion for team health, managerial integrity, and (re)building DEI into every fiber of organizational culture.

Kerb holds a M.A. in Organization Development from Antioch University in Seattle and is fast approaching PCC-level coaching certification through ICF. Kerb splits time between the PNW corridor and a small acreage on The Great Plains with their partner and baby.
