Jen is an expert in facilitation and design with 20+ years’ experience working in the areas of leadership, change and complexity. She has worked as a learning designer and facilitator with some of the biggest brands around the world, and fast-growing startups and scaleups. She helps organisations to create the leadership culture and solutions they need to thrive. All drawing upon a range of advanced qualifications, including an MA in Development Training, where her studies were focused on experiential learning, cross-cultural learning, and collaborative leadership.
