Christina Nghiem is a learning experience designer who creates intentional, human-centered, and delightful learning that empower leaders and teams to thrive. With over 14 years in learning and development across nonprofits, start-ups, and global organizations, she specializes in experiential instructional design and development that translates behaviors and skills into actionable results.
Her work blends user experience design, instructional design, and leadership development. By applying design thinking, brain science, storytelling, and visual design, Christina builds solutions (from interactive videos to micro-learning activities) that turn organizational needs into growth opportunities. She is passionate about fostering belonging, interpersonal leadership, team excellence, and mental wellness—and helping organizations strengthen culture through these key focuses.
Christina holds dual degrees in Informatics and Communications, is a certified DISC trainer, and has multiple ATD certifications in e-learning and instructional design.
