Cathy has 20 years of international experience in the fields of sales and learning & development. She spent 16 years in Learning & Development at Google, based in Sydney and Dublin.
Today, Cathy helps organizations, leaders, and teams unleash their potential as an Organisational Development Consultant/Practitioner, a certified Leadership Coach with the ACC, and a certified Gallup Strengths Coach.
Working with senior execs and managers across Google's enterprise, and beyond, Cathy has helped countless organizations, leadership teams, and individual leaders realise their potential by transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and improved performance.
Cathy has worked in 5 different countries doing very different jobs. Exposure to different places, people and cultures continues to be a crucial part of her development and something she greatly values. She hopes to pass on the love of exploration to her two little girls.
